Hi, welcome to my website. My name is Catherine and I am greatly passionate about working within counselling, life coaching and complementary therapy; my natural desire to help people forms the core of my practice. I provide a caring and professional service to all of my clients; I believe in treating everyone as an individual and my sessions encompass a holistic and empathetic approach. If you’d like to have a chat about reflexology, counselling or life coaching please do get in touch.
I’m a fully trained and experienced Holistic and Integrative Reflexologist, Counsellor and Life Coach and for many years I’ve helped a variety of clients achieve their physical and psychological goals in life. I support my clients through the process of change through the healing art of touch and talk therapy and the powerful impact of Life Coaching. I’m passionate about restoring wellbeing (both physically and mentally) and therefore helping individuals achieve health, happiness, a fulfilling life purpose and meaningful relationships by stimulating the body’s natural healing system with Reflexology and through the healing relationship and un-tapping a person’s true potential with Counselling and Life Coaching.
My passion towards my work and helping people achieve a happier and healthier existence rich with meaningful experiences and relationships is reflected in my on going training. I have extensive experience in the Mental Health field and am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I’d consider myself as an empathic, congruent and compassionate individual and I believe in treating the whole person, psychologically, physically and emotionally, hence my holistic approach. I believe I have a calming yet positive influence that will help you feel relaxed and at ease; my understanding and intuitive nature contributes to the organic therapeutic relational process and together we can work towards achieving your goals through Reflexology, Counselling and Life Coaching to create a fulfilling and balanced life.
I have a particular interest in women’s health and wellbeing and as stress continues to permeate within our hectic lives I adopt a holistic and healing approach to helping women create a sense of harmony and balance both physically and mentally and achieve goals relating to areas such as fertility, career changes, relationship issues and chronic conditions. As a passionate Kundalini Yogi, my practice may also incorporate yogic teachings and meditations.
I trained at the London School of Reflexology and gained an ABC Diploma Level 3 in Reflexology and subsequently became a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR). Having qualified as a fully trained Reflexologist I have further developed my skills over the years and continue to feel thoroughly passionate about helping people to navigate through the process of both physical and mental change. With increasing levels of stress in our daily lives I aim to help and support my clients by creating an overall sense of wellbeing and harmony within the mind and body through the application of Reflexology. I also have extensive experience working as a voluntary reflexologist at the Pauls Cancer Centre in Battersea.
I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council which was set up with government support to protect the public by providing a UK voluntary register of complementary therapists. The Council has been approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC COUNSELLOR (MEMBER OF THE BACP)
I completed a rigorous three year training course at Metanoia Institute and gained a Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am an Individual Member of the BACP.

Through the healing counselling relationship I support clients who’re experiencing emotional difficulties, I believe we all have the potential to reconnect with our real selves and create the change we truly want and I’m passionate about providing a safe and accepting space where this change can naturally evolve.
I have supported many individuals on their journeys of discovery, personal growth and change and have experience working with a variety of different issues and difficulties. I have also worked as a Counsellor for the NHS.
